Affinity Programs means the Legacy Bank Points customer reward programs maintained by Seller for the customers of the Branches or otherwise pertaining to the Deposits.
Affinity Programs means the National City Points customer reward programs maintained by Seller for the customers of the Branch or otherwise pertaining to the Deposits or the Loans.

Examples of Affinity Programs in a sentence

  • Purchaser agrees to permit redemptions of benefits under the Affinity Programs until the close of business on the Closing Date.

  • On the Closing Date, Seller shall terminate such Affinity Programs with respect to such customers.

  • With this Certificate, our Professional Group agrees the Practitioners herein named will serve as Participating Practitioner members of HWHN for Affinity Programs, and hereby specifically authorizes and appoints HWHN to act on our behalf to contract for the provision of discounted cash services to eligible members of HWHN Client Groups via HWHN Affinity Programs.

Related to Affinity Programs

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Third Party Payor Programs means all third party payor programs in which Tenant presently or in the future may participate, including, without limitation, Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, Managed Care Plans, other private insurance programs and employee assistance programs.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • affinity means a relationship that one spouse because of marriage has to blood relatives of the other; and

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.
