Affinity Programs means the Legacy Bank Points customer reward programs maintained by Seller for the customers of the Branches or otherwise pertaining to the Deposits.

  • Sponsorship means the sponsorship element of the Package as set out in the Application Form; and

  • Intrascholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete with students from within the same school.

  • Government Apprenticeship Programme “ means training which is funded by the Government via the National Apprenticeship Service.

  • ABC means ABC, Inc., a New York corporation and a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Borrower, or any successor thereto.
