The Coordinating Committee is authorized to adopt, pursuant to the process in Section 11.03, Operating Policies and Procedures to allow one or more Affiliation Groups to each select more than one representative if the number of Participants in the smallest Affiliation Group is less than 25% of the number of Participants in the largest Affiliation Group.
After this initial term, the selected representative of an Affiliation Group shall serve a one-year term from October 1 of one year until September 30th of the following year.
The selected individual shall be either an employee or contractor of a Participant in that Affiliation Group.
