Affiliates(s) definition
Affiliates(s) means any entity affiliated with or related to the REIT or the UPREIT.
Affiliates(s) means, with respect to either party, any corporation, partnership or other business entity that now or in the future controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, such party. "Control" shall mean the direct or indirect ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the voting interest in, or a fifty percent (50%) or more interest in the income of, such corporation or other business entity, or such other relationship as, in fact, constitutes actual control.
Affiliates(s) of an Entity shall mean any and all Entities, now or in the future and for so long as the Control exists, that are Controlled, directly or indirectly by the Entity. As used herein, and otherwise where applicable in the Agreement, the term “Affiliate” shall include the affiliate definitions set for in Exhibit C attached hereto.24
More Definitions of Affiliates(s)
Affiliates(s) means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a Party, which for the avoidance of doubt for the Customer shall include any Customer Group entity.
Affiliates(s) means any corporation or other business entity controlled or under common control with CHMD for so long as such control exists. For this purpose "control" shall mean direct and indirect beneficial ownership of at least fifty one percent (51%) of the voting stock of, or at least a fifty one percent (51%) interest in the income of such corporation or other business entity.
Affiliates(s) of a corporation or other entity means a Person that, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, such person.
Affiliates(s) means any entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with either American International Group, Inc. or AIGPS. This Agreement shall supersede the Professional Services Agreement dated as of April 25, 2008 between AIG Global Services, Inc. and Virtusa Corporation (“2008 Agreement”) which shall be deemed terminated as of the Effective Date, provided that any pending Statements of Work governed by the 2008 Agreement shall continue to be governed by the 2008 Agreement until such Statements of Work expire.
Affiliates(s) means any organization, firm, or entity (i) with respect to which the parties have or shall have during the term of this Agreement ownership interest of more than fifty percent (50%) or (ii) which directly or indirectly through one or more intermediates, controls, is controlled by, or is in common control with the LICENSEE.
Affiliates(s) means with respect to a first company, those business entities which, directly or indirectly, are owned by or under effective control of the first company, or that own or effectively control the first company, or along with the first company are under common control by another party or business entity.
