Affiliated Vendor definition

Affiliated Vendor means any entity or person in which any principal, member, owner, partner, agent, employee, or family member (including, but not limited to, in-laws) of any principal, member, owner, partner, agent, or employee of the Law Firm has any direct or indirect financial interest, ownership, control, or decision-making authority, or who receives any financial consideration or other benefit.

Examples of Affiliated Vendor in a sentence

  • If the Customer leases from TSI or a TSI Affiliated Vendor, none of the terms in Section 4.1 shall apply and payment of the Sales Commission shall be made to CYBER within thirty (30) days of receipt of the lease payment from the Customer.

  • Upon suspension or termination of this Agreement, the Affiliated Vendor must stop any sales efforts for the Program immediately.

  • Any licenses or bonds required will be at the sole expense of the Affiliated Vendor.

  • Signature on this Appendix by Affiliated Vendor is in lieu of and has the same effect as signature on each document noted herein.

  • Affiliated Vendor warrants that it is not a consumer and that it will not use the service for personal, family or household purposes.

  • If the Customer leases from any entity other than TSI or a TSI Affiliated Vendor, the above terms in section 4.1 shall apply.
