Affiliated Relationship definition
Affiliated Relationship means with respect to any specified Person, a relationship of any kind in which any other Person directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such specified Person. “Affiliated Relationship” also includes an understanding, arrangement, or agreement (written or oral) between or among two or more Persons.
Affiliated Relationship means the relationship between the company's controlling shareholder, de facto controller, director, supervisor or senior officer, on the one hand, and the enterprise he or she directly or indirectly controls, on the other hand, as well as other relationships that could result in the transfer of the company's interests. However, there does not necessarily exist a connected relationship between enterprises in which the state has a controlling interest solely based on the fact that they all are under the control of the state.
