Affiliated Receivables definition
Affiliated Receivables means and include all loans and advances which have been made by the Company to any Stockholder or Affiliate of a Stockholder, or other obligations owed by, any Stockholder or Affiliate of a Stockholder to the Company.
Affiliated Receivables means any Receivables which are due to any of the Sellers from any Subsidiary or Affiliate of a Seller, including, any officer, director, employee, stockholder or other equity owner of the Sellers.
Examples of Affiliated Receivables in a sentence
On or before the Closing Date, the Stockholders or their Affiliates shall have paid in full to the Company all Affiliated Receivables, and the Company shall have paid or been released from all Affiliated Obligations.
