Affiliated Providers definition

Affiliated Providers means C/HCA Providers, Triad Providers, or LifePoint Providers.
Affiliated Providers means any persons that perform medical, physician assistant or nurse practitioner services that have entered into a contract or agreement (in writing or otherwise) with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or Affiliated Entities to provide such services.
Affiliated Providers means any vendor, ISP or provider of Services through the MBC broadband communications network that MBC may enter into an affiliation or contractual agreement now or anytime in the future or in which MBC holds or may in the future hold an ownership interest.

  • You acknowledge that KRH and KRH Affiliated Providers are authorized by law to release medical and account information necessary for the purposes of treatment, payment, and healthcare operations.

  • Health Plan may communicate general notices to Affiliated Providers via the Health Plan provider newsletter or web site postings or in other appropriate written or electronic provider bulletins periodically issued by Health Plan.

  • The Contractor shall not refer Enrollees to publicly supported health care entities to receive Covered Services for which the Contractor receives payment from the Department, unless such entities are Affiliated Providers with the Contractor.

  • Referral Circle – a subset of Affiliated Providers for whom Participating PCP referral requirements are modified as set forth in 130 CMR 450.119 and as described in Section 3.2. Region – A geographic area used for the purpose of the development of TCOC.


More Definitions of Affiliated Providers

Affiliated Providers means the Providers who have entered into participating provider agreements, either directly or indirectly through the physician group practice that employs or engages them, with the Seller Parties, SHCN or their Subsidiaries in connection with the Business.
Affiliated Providers means such Affiliates or subsidiaries of Company that are providing Services to the Customer Group pursuant to a permitted subcontract to this Agreement.
Affiliated Providers refers to primary care providers.
