Affiliated Mutual Fund definition
Affiliated Mutual Fund means any fund managed or sub-advised by Systematic and/or any Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (“AMG”) affiliate. (See also definition of “Reportable Fund.”)
Affiliated Mutual Fund means any registered investment company for which Royce, Legg Mason, Inc., Western Asset Management or any other direct or indirect subsidiary of Legg Mason, Inc. serves as investment adviser or sub-adviser (see Exhibit A for a list of Affiliated Mutual Funds).
Affiliated Mutual Fund means any registered open-end investment company advised or sub-advised by the Adviser or whose investment adviser or principal underwriter is an affiliate of the Adviser.
More Definitions of Affiliated Mutual Fund
Affiliated Mutual Fund means a Mutual Fund (other than a money market Mutual Fund) that is managed, advised or subadvised by the Adviser or an affiliate of the Adviser (including, without limitation, the Skyline Funds and the Managers Funds).
Affiliated Mutual Fund means any registered open-end or closed-end Investment Company advised or sub-advised by the Adviser or whose investment adviser or principal underwriter is an affiliate of the Adviser. Affiliated Mutual Funds are considered “Covered Securities” as further defined below.
