Affiliated insurer definition

Affiliated insurer means an insurance company licensed or holding a certificate of authority to do business in this state which controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, another insurer.
Affiliated insurer means each insurance company subsidiary of American International Group, Inc., other than the Primary Company, which: (i) appoints Solicitor to transact business with such Affiliated Insurer, and (ii) is made a party to this Contract as reflected by the addition of one or more addenda to this Contract.
Affiliated insurer means an insurer that is an affiliate as defined in section 1401 of the act of May 17, 1921 (P.L.682, No.284), known as "The Insurance Company Law of 1921." (Def. added Oct. 22, 2014, P.L.2892, No.182)
