Affiliated Individual means, with respect to a Person, any individual who is an officer, director, shareholder, employee, partner or member of such Person or an individual who is related by blood, marriage or adoption to any of the foregoing.

Affiliated Individual means a person that is affiliated to Customer: (a) as an officer, director, employee, partner, contractor, intern, or other person within Customer’s organization; or (b) as a person maintaining a contractual relationship with Customer’s organization where Customer has business records providing strong assurances of the identity of such person.

The Company has the right to fully or partially assign its rights and obligations under the present agreement to its Affiliated Individual and the execution of the assigned rights and obligations by it shall be considered as executed by the original party.
