Affiliated Distributor definition

Affiliated Distributor means any brokers, broker-dealers, insurance agents, producers, distributors or other Persons who market, produce or service the Insurance Contracts, or any successors thereto, that are Affiliates of Seller.
Affiliated Distributor has the meaning set forth in the Master Agreement.
Affiliated Distributor shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1(mmm).
