Examples of Affiliated Debt in a sentence
If a Borrower or any other Loan Party is now or hereafter becomes indebted to one or more Guarantors (such indebtedness and all interest thereon is referred to as the “Affiliated Debt”), such Affiliated Debt shall be subordinate in all respects to the full payment and performance of the Obligations, and no Guarantor shall be entitled to enforce or receive payment with respect to any Affiliated Debt until the Release Date.

Affiliated Debt means the principal amount of, and all accrued interest, expenses, fees, commissions, and other amounts owed or payable in respect of Indebtedness (as defined herein) or other obligations owed or payable by the Companies to Pentland Group plc and its subsidiaries, including Pentland Management Services, Ltd., Asco Group Limited, Asco Investments, Asco General Supplies Hong Kong (1972) Limited, Asco General Supplies (Far East) Limited ("Asco General") and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Products Hong Kong (1985) Limited ("▇▇▇▇▇▇ (HK)") and/or to any of their respective lenders or providers of Indebtedness.
