Affiliated Charitable Organization definition
Affiliated Charitable Organization means any charitable organization that is an Affiliate of the Company or any Subsidiary that meets the requirements of Section 501(c)(3) of the Code to the extent, and only for so long as, such organization is eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions in accordance with Section 170 of the Code.
