Examples of Affiliate Technology in a sentence
All hardware, software, programs, codes, trade names, technology, intellectual property, licenses, patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, and processes (collectively, the "Network Affiliate Technology") used by Network Affiliate under this Agreement shall remain the sole property of Network Affiliate.
The RP Affiliate shall have exclusive ownership of the RP Affiliate Technology.

For purposes of this Section, "Online Affiliate Technology" shall mean any set of software or services that enables Merchant to serve advertisements or other promotions on Affiliate Sites or e-mail messages and to pay for such advertisements or promotions based on the traffic to or sales generated from Merchant's internet site by the advertisement or promotion.
