Affiliate Panel means the secure account affiliate interface area (or backend) on Vantage FX Partners website where all affiliates login in order to view all their data, get affiliate links, view statistics, complete/update their payment profile and access promotional tools.

Affiliate Panel means the secure account affiliate interface area (or backend) where all affiliates login in order to view all their data, get affiliate links, view statistics, complete/update their payment profile and access promotional tools. Affiliate Partner Link: shall mean the unique link and/or personalised ID which is used to identify Affiliate activities and introduced Qualifying Traders. Agreement/Contract: shall mean this Affiliate Program Agreement. Client: shall mean any person, whether an individual and/or a company who has been or is been introduced by the Affiliate to the Company and with whom the Company enters into a Client Agreement. Company: shall mean FXTM. Examples of Affiliate Panel in a sentence

  • The Affiliate Fee shall be available in the Report displayed on the Affiliate Panel or sent by e-mail notice.

  • An invoice can be either created directly in the Affiliate Panel by the Affiliate or the Affiliate can upload his own invoice.

  • XTB believes that activity in Affiliate Panel or in Affiliate’s Account, or in any other Account which appears to be controlled or managed by the Affiliate, is deemed suspicious by XTB in its sole determination and/or may constitute, in the sole discretion and determination of XTB, Spam Traffic.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, upon the occurrence of any event from points 5.1 a) - d) above, XTB shall render the Hyperlink assigned to the Affiliate inoperative, immediately block Affiliate's access to the Affiliate Panel and terminate the Agreement with immediate effect, with no compensation to the Affiliate.

  • The Report sent via e-mail supersedes the Report provided in the Affiliate Panel.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, upon the occurrence of any event from points 5.1 a) - d) above, XTB shall render the Referral link assigned to the Affiliate inoperative, immediately block Affiliate's access to the Affiliate Panel and terminate the Agreement with immediate effect, with no compensation to the Affiliate.

  • After XTB’s correction, the Affiliate shall make a new request for payment of the Fee within the Affiliate Panel.

  • Payment of the Affiliate Fee for a particular month/period is requested automatically on the first day of the following month/period – Affiliate Fee for a particular month/period must be paid within 14 days upon next month/period, upon a self-invoice, automatically generated by the Affiliate Panel.

  • The Affiliate Fee may be computed on the basis of CPA Plan or another plan, mentioned in a proper appendix, placed in the Affiliate Panel.

  • Payment of the Affiliate Fee for a particular month/period is requested automatically on the first day of the following month/period – Affiliate Fee for a particular month/period must be paid within 14 days upon next month/period, upon a self- invoice, automatically generated by the Affiliate Panel.
