Affiliate Code means the unique sequence of letters and numbers supplied by the Provider to the Subscriber via the accounts page of the Website – which can be shared by the Subscriber with Potential Customers (or used to create meetings on their behalf) in order to earn income or discounts on their use of the Hosted Services.

• Marketing Affiliate may share its Affiliate Code with prospective customers and if a prospective customer uses the Affiliate Code during the Term when purchasing a subscription to the Services, and Bark accepts the Affiliate Code associated with the purchase, such prospective customer will be deemed a Referral Customer of Marketing Affiliate with respect to such purchase.

• In exchange for Affiliate’s display of the Promotional Materials and/or promotion of the Product, and for Affiliate’s compliance with and performance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we will pay Affiliate a commission (the “Commission”) according to the Commission Schedules below for each Product sold to a Qualified Customer who follows the Affiliate Link or enters the Affiliate Code at checkout for the Affiliate who recommended the Product.
