Affidavits definition

Affidavits means affidavits substantially in the forms attached as Exhibit B.
Affidavits means and include the Affidavits executed by the some of the heirs of original OWNERS/VENDORS in pursuance of the Development Agreement dated 07.07.2013. The terms and conditions as contained in the said Affidavits, so far it relates to the ownership , rights, titles, interests and entitlements of the heirs of the deceased Land owners and the rights, titles, interests and entitlements of the Vendor/Seller as Developer therein, shall be construed and interpreted as the terms of these presents and they shall be binding and forceful on the Vendors, Developer and Purchaser herein.
Affidavits means, with respect to any Person, an affidavit of such Person, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Company, stating that the affiant thereunder is a Citizen of the United States, and disclosing such additional information (including, but not limited to, ownership and voting percentages, and status as a Citizen of the United States) with respect to all or any of its Related Persons, and such agreements or other documents (including, but not limited to, partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, certificates of incorporation, bylaws and investment adviser agreements) of the affiant or all or any of its Related Persons, as may be required by the Company in its reasonable discretion.
