Affectee definition
Affectee means a pilgrim or an intending pilgrim who individually or collectively suffered hardship or financial loss as a result of any act, omission, default, fraud or negligence of an organizer;
Affectee means a person whose land has been acquired under this Regulation read with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority Act, 2005 on or after 15/07/2013. But does not include non-proprietor or a Landless person whose Dwelling House has been acquired, and which is located on land being acquired under this Regulation on Land Sharing basis.
Affectee means a person who owns or occupies, as owner or co-sharer of an affected property and shall include the person living in affected property built on the state land or WAPDA land acquired for Mangla Dam, but shall not include a tenant or occupier who, for the time being, living therein temporarily for pursuits of his life or for looking after the affected property, as the case may be, on behalf of the affectee;
