Affected Practitioner definition

Affected Practitioner means the applicant or Member subject to the adverse action or recommendation.
Affected Practitioner means those Members or Applicants against whom an Adverse Recommendation or an Adverse Action has been proposed.
Affected Practitioner means a member of the Medical Staff against whom a corrective action has been requested, recommended, or taken.
