Affected Materials definition

Affected Materials means ferromanganese materials and other materials with a manganese content (raw material, intermediate, or finished product) that are processed or otherwise handled at the Facility in a manner that could cause the generation of stack or fugitive emissions containing ferromanganese or manganese compounds.

Affected Materials means any and all materials whether powder, liquid or solid, consisting of a composition of matter or utilizing in its method of production one or more claims covered by the Intellectual Property, Patent Rights or any Improvements.

Examples of Affected Materials in a sentence

  • In any sale of an end product by FUSION incorporates Affected Materials or Affected Products, Net Sales of Affected Materials or Affected Products shall be the amount that FUSION would charge to a Third Party for the Affected Materials or Affected Products incorporated into the end product if sold on a stand-alone basis.

  • Client agrees that Consultant is not responsible for the disposition of Affected Materials unless specifically provided in the Services, and that Client is responsible for directing such disposition.

  • Such notice may be given at the time that User seeks to access the Affected Materials and no individual notice to the User is required.

  • Client agrees that F.E.T. neither created nor contributed to the creation or existence of any Affected Materials conditions at the site.
