Affected Lessor definition
Affected Lessor shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.6 of the Participation Agreement.

In the event that such reasonable efforts are insufficient to avoid or minimize such amounts that might be payable pursuant to Section 7.3, then such Lessor (the Affected Lessor) shall use its reasonable efforts to transfer to any other Lessor approved by Lessee (which itself is not then an Affected Lessor) its rights and obligations hereunder.
