Affected KND Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.1.

After the Affected KND Employees and the Affected PLTC Employees have been transferred, neither party shall directly or indirectly solicit for employment with it the personnel of the other party performing information services functions for such other party during the Term or the twelve (12) months following termination or expiration of the Agreement.
