Affected bonds definition

Affected bonds as used in this subdivision shall mean bonds of the
Affected bonds means the Outstanding First Tier Bonds while any First Tier Bonds are Outstanding, and the Outstanding Second Tier Bonds while any Second Tier Bonds are Outstanding and no First Tier Bonds are Outstanding.
Affected bonds means Underlying Bonds the issuer thereof has elected to redeem early (other than on the date set out in Annex C) or in respect of which an event of default, early redemption event, or other similar condition or event however described (as determined by Lehman Brothers International (Europe)) has occurred or in respect of which an interest payment due has not been paid;

  • FA Selected Bond means a government security or securities selected by the Financial Adviser as having an actual or interpolated maturity comparable with the remaining term of the Notes that would be utilised, at the time of selection and in accordance with customary financial practice, in pricing new issues of corporate debt securities denominated in the same currency as the Notes and of a comparable maturity to the remaining term of the Notes;

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.
