STRC-i Facility definition

STRC-i Facility means the short term revolving credit-i Facility, the principal terms of which are set out in Clause 2.3; Takaful/lnsurance means all plans/policies and contracts of takaful/insurance of whatever nature which are now or may from time to time be taken out by the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; Trade Facilities refers to:-

Examples of STRC-i Facility in a sentence

  • The STRC-i Facility shall be utilised by the Customer for the purpose set out in the Letter of Offer.
