This condition sets out the entire financial liability of AFBI (including any liability for any acts of omissions of its employees, agents or sub-contractors) to you in respect of any breach of the Contract; the results of the Services; any representation, statement of tortuous act or omission (including negligence) arising under or in connection with the Contract.
Without prejudice to any other right or remedy that we may have, if you fail to pay AFBI on the due date, we may suspend all Services until payment has been made in full.

AFBI retains the right to withdraw temporarily or suspend the Services without prior notice.
If a sample is received in a condition considered by AFBI to be unsuitable for testing, we will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable and request submission of a repeat sample for testing at no additional charge.
AFBI reserves the right to alter the fees charged for the Services and will normally give not less than one months’ written notice of its intention to do so.
Should any dispute arise between AFBI and you, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
Testing of samples (staff at UKHSA FWEMS Porton, York and Colindale and AFBINI as for Task 1) Testing of samples will take place at UKHSA FW&E laboratories at Porton, London and York and the AFBI laboratory in Northern Ireland.
