AFAM definition

AFAM means Automatic Fire Alarm Monitoring Limited.
AFAM means the Administration, Financial and Accounting Manual that sets out the financial management arrangements, organization structure (including internal audit functions), staffing, standard accounting forms, books, ledgers for the implementation of activities under the Project and as referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
AFAM means the Administrative, Financial, and Accounting Manual of the Project dated November 4, 2005, outlining the administrative, financial and accounting arrangements for the implementation of the Project, referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the AFAM, including the schedules regarding disbursement and procurement arrangements.

AFAM means Almost Family Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Related to AFAM

  • FAM means the Facility administration manual dated 20 April 2012 and agreed between the Borrower and ADB, as updated from time to time in accordance with the respective administrative procedures of the Borrower and ADB;

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

  • Sub-Advisor shall include the Sub-Advisor and/or any of its affiliates and the directors, officers and employees of the Sub-Advisor and/or any of its affiliates.

  • Fund Adviser means any entity that acts as a manager, adviser or sub-adviser to a Legg Mason Fund.

  • AIG means American International Group, Inc.
