AEXP definition

AEXP means $3.4 million (which represents the cumulative total of the amount of the Initial Payment, the Subsequent Payment and the deemed value of the Units) plus all Expenditures and Joint Venture Expenditures, if any, incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ prior to the delivery of the Second Option Exercise Notice.
