AET Technology definition

AET Technology means the computer software, computer code, scripts, application programming interfaces, methodologies, tem- plates, tools, algorithms, user interfaces, know- how, trade secrets, techniques, designs, inven- tions, third party services, and other tangible or intangible technical material, information and works of authorship underlying or otherwise used to make available the AET Service, includ- ing, without limitation, all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto.
