The School District recognizes the value of continual training and professional development to both the School District and AESP unit employees.
The President of EM-O AESP will appoint AESP members to represent EM-O AESP on District level committees.
Negotiations/Mediation Leave: When it is mutually agreed by the parties to schedule collective bargaining related meetings during the employee work day, members of the AESP bargaining team will be afforded paid leave to participate in bargaining/mediation sessions with the School District.
