Aerium definition
Aerium means Aerium Holdings S.A., a public limited liability company (société anonyme) organized and established under the laws of Luxembourg, and Sweetfairy Holdings Ltd., a limited liability company organized under the laws of Cyprus (together with their respective Affiliates, successors or assigns), collectively.
Aerium means Aerium Advisors S.à ▇.▇., a private limited liability company (société responsibilité anonyme) incorporated and existing under the laws of Luxembourg, and Aeriance Holding S.à ▇.▇., a private limited liability company (société responsibilité anonyme), incorporated and existing under the laws of Luxembourg (together with their respective subsidiaries, successors or assigns).
