aerial work operations definition
aerial work operations means flight operations other than charter, or regular public transport, or private operations, for which hire or reward is given or promised to the pilot, the owner, or the operator of the aircraft in respect of the flight or the purpose of the flight, and any reference to "aerial work" has a corresponding meaning;
