For purposes of this Agreement, an Aircraft shall be considered “Airworthy” if it is in a condition which enables it to be operated in revenue operations under Federal Aviation Regulations Part 135 for Aerial Services.

Executive shall perform duties consistent with his position as Vice President, Aerial Services of the Company, as well as additional duties as may be mutually agreed upon by Executive and the Company.
