  • AEPSC will render its final decision with specific reasons therefor in writing and will transmit it to the Executive within 60 days of the written request for review, unless AEPSC determines additional time, not exceeding 60 days, is needed, and so notifies the Executive.

  • No waiver by either AEPSC or the Executive of the breach of any condition or provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any other condition or provision at the same or any other time.

  • To the extent that AEPSC has not complied with the technical requirements of the Commission’s regulations applicable to this filing, AEPSC respectfully requests waiver of such regulations.
