Aegion Corporation (the “Company”) hereby awards to you the number of Deferred Stock Units shown above, effective as of the Award Date.
In addition, the word “Aegion” means any one or more of the current and former employees, officers, directors, shareholders, trustees, administrators, fiduciaries, members, agents, or contractors, both individually and in their representative capacities, of Aegion.

This Agreement reflects the Parties’ entire agreement, and it merges all agreements, representations, and understandings between the Parties, whether oral or written, or both, except that all Confidentiality, Work Product, Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreements entered into by ▇▇▇▇ in conjunction with his employment with Aegion remain in full force and effect.
