AEF Facility definition

AEF Facility means the $500,000,000 Term Loan Credit Agreement, dated as of October 7, 2016, among AEF, Parent, the Lenders party thereto and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, and any extension, renewal, amendment or refinancing of the foregoing.
