A&E Consultant definition

A&E Consultant or “Consultant” means an Architect, Engineer, Photogrammetrist, Transportation Planner, Land Surveyor, or provider of Related Services. A Consultant includes a business entity that employs Architects, Engineers, Photogrammetrists, Transportation Planners, Land Surveyors or providers of Related Services, or any combination of the foregoing.

Examples of A&E Consultant in a sentence

  • Additional services - Additional services requested by the owner shall be processed in accordance with the terms of the General A/E Consultant Services Agreement with the City of Sunrise.

  • In such event, the scope of work, schedule and price for such additional A & E services shall be as reasonably determined by such A&E Consultant.

  • In such case, where the Services are stopped through no fault of A/E or an A/E Consultant, A/E shall be entitled to an adjustment to the Design Schedule and Project Schedule for the number of days the performance of its Services was delayed as a direct result of such suspension, stoppage or interruption, and such suspension of the Services shall entitle A/E to compensation for the Services performed prior to notice of such suspension.
