During the Term, the Company shall pay the Advisor a base administrative reimbursement of $333,333.33 per calendar month (as may be adjusted pursuant to Section 10(b), the “Administrative Reimbursement”) as reimbursement for the Advisor Costs.
Any such amounts payable in respect of the Underwriting Fee, Company Advisor Fees, Charterparty Owner Costs, Restructuring Advisor Costs or Majority Charterparty Advisor Costs, shall be paid by wire transfer of immediately available U.S. Dollar funds or by way of funds flow letter as directed by the applicable Company Advisor, Restructuring Advisor, Majority Charterparty Advisor or the Original Time-Charter Owners or Original Bareboat Owners.
All savings realized in any one line item of the Construction Budget may be applied to excess costs in other line items so long as such other line item is not otherwise subject to a spending limitation as provided herein (such as, for example, the CCR and Advisor Costs).
Contract Revenues and proceeds of Contract Obligations, as both terms are defined in the Interlocal Agreement, shall not be used to pay CCR and Advisor Costs.
