The Financial Advisor/Consultant shall convey material updated information obtained from these annual contacts to Haverford.
Client’s Financial Advisor/Consultant will contact Client at least annually to inquire whether anything has changed in Client’s financial circumstances or investment objectives that might affect the manner in which Account assets are managed.

Consultant agrees that the Company will be the sole owner of any and all of works made or conceived or reduced to practice by Advisor/Consultant made on behalf of the Company during the term of this Agreement including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights and Advisor/Consultant hereby irrevocably assigns to the Company all right, title and interest in such works.
We will provide you, your Advisor/Consultant, and any person you designate below, with a written statement of all transactions for your Account(s) each month, if you have objections to a statement, you will provide them to us in writing within thirty (30) days after the date of the statement.
