Adviser Portal definition

Adviser Portal means the online portal owned and ultimately controlled by Aware Super and which is made accessible to Servicing Advisers and Authorised Officers of the Licensee where the Licensee provides Financial Advice Services to Members, and includes any means of access to a Member's Account(s) prior to the online portal being accessible. AFSL means Australian financial services licence. Authorised Officers mean an officer authorised to act on behalf of the Servicing Adviser in respect of the Financial Advice Services provided to the Member. Aware Super means Aware Super ABN 52 226 460 365. Aware Superannuation Products mean Personal Member, Employer Sponsored, Police Blue Ribbon Super, Ambulance officers’ Super, Transition to Retirement Income Stream, Retirement Income Stream. Business day means any day upon which the trading banks in New South Wales are open for business. Corporations Act means the Corporations ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth).
