• Our Donor will use the Adviser Information to ensure that the Australian Government’s official overseas aid program achieves value for money and to meet its reporting requirements.

• You will not make any other documents made available to You by the Company, including the Non-Retail Securities Documents, Professional Adviser Information Pack (‘PAIP’), Product Proposal Pack (‘PPP’), Private Placement Distribution Agreement, the Professional Adviser Academy or the Training Materials, available to Your Client without the express written consent of the Company.

• The Adviser will provide the information about itself to be set forth in the Prospectus and will review the description of its operations, duties and responsibilities as set forth therein (as provided by the Manager) (the “Adviser Information”) and acknowledge that the Adviser Information is true and correct, contains no material misstatement of fact and does not omit any material fact necessary to make the statements therein not misleading.
