Adviser Fee definition

Adviser Fee means any payment made by, or on behalf of, Your Client to You in relation to a Personal Recommendation (or any related service) provided by You.
Adviser Fee means, if applicable to the plan, the fee agreed between You and Your authorised financial adviser for the provision of advice or a recommendation by the adviser to You in relation to the plan;
Adviser Fee means the fee (if any) specified as the‘Adviser Fee’ in the Application Form;

Examples of Adviser Fee in a sentence

  • For purposes of determining Aggregate Net Assets and calculating the Adviser Fee, the net assets of the Fund and each other fund of the Trust are determined as of the close of business on the previous business day of the Trust, and the net assets of each portfolio of each other fund are determined as of the close of business on the previous business day of that fund.

  • The Adviser Fee for each Fund shall be accrued and paid daily to the Adviser for each calendar day.

  • The Adviser Fee for each Portfolio shall be accrued and paid daily to the Adviser for each calendar day.
