Advised Fund definition

Advised Fund means an investment company registered under the 1940 Act for which the Adviser serves as investment adviser or sub-adviser. Therefore, this includes each series of Bridgeway Funds, Inc. as well as any other funds for which the Adviser serves as investment adviser or sub-adviser.
Advised Fund means an investment company (open-end or closed-end fund registered under the 1940 Act) for which STW serves as investment adviser or sub-adviser.
Advised Fund means a registered investment company for which PCA serves as adviser or sub-adviser.

Examples of Advised Fund in a sentence

  • In fact, subject to the holding period requirement described above, an Access Person can purchase a Loomis Advised Fund (through one or multiple transactions) and can liquidate their position in that fund (through one or several transactions) during a 90 day period.

Aggregate Annualized Base Fee Revenues: as of a given Measurement Date, the sum of the Annualized Base Fee Revenues for all Applicable Clients, in each case determined as of such date. Aggregate Annualized Performance Fee Revenues: as of a given Measurement Date, the sum of the Annualized Performance Fee Revenues for all Applicable Clients, in each case determined as of such date.
Advised Fund means any open-end investment company registered under the Investment Company Act to which the Company or any of its subsidiaries provides investment advisory services and as more specifically identified in Section 3.11(a) of the Disclosure Letter. For the avoidance of doubt, no Sub-Advised Fund shall be deemed an “Advised Fund” hereunder.
