Advice Date definition

Advice Date means, with respect to a Settlement Period, the ninth Business Day after the last day of that Settlement Period.

  • Not later than the Remittance Advice Date, the Servicer shall furnish to the Owner as of the previous Determination Date, by electronic or such other format acceptable to Owner and Servicer, the information listed on Schedule I attached hereto.

  • Service Date or "SD" means the date service is made available to the End User Customer. This also is referred to as the "Due Date."
