The Advertising Payment shall be used to meet the costs of advertising and/or promotional activities (including, without limitation, the cost of conducting television, radio, magazine, and newspaper advertising campaigns, direct mail and outdoor billboard advertising; marketing surveys and other public relations activities; employing advertising agencies to assist therein; and providing promotional brochures and other marketing materials to the restaurants operated under the System).
