Advertising Network definition

Advertising Network is a network of registered third party affiliates and publishers (“Media Partners“) run by the Company, utilizing related technology and software.

  • Company does not have any obligation to provide a certain amount of Advertising Material or monitor any Advertising Material made available through or in connection with the Advertising Network, for any purpose and, as a result, is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, legality or applicability of any such Content.


More Definitions of Advertising Network

Advertising Network or “ad network” shall mean a third-­‐party service that supplies advertisements from a number of other companies on a first-­‐party vendor’s website.
Advertising Network means any and all distribution channels Publisher utilizes for the applicable Advertising or Service, including, without limitation: (a) ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, ▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, and other websites, applications, and digital media platforms owned or operated by Publisher Parties (including wireless/mobile versions of the foregoing ); (b) Publisher’s print directories and other printed compilations of business content, as well as digital copies of such printed directories and services that provide directory assistance; (c) Publisher’s pages, channels or other presence on third-party social media sites and applications; (d) the distribution channels and platforms of any of Publisher’s Supplier(s); and (e) any other print, internet, wired or wireless/mobile distribution channels including, without limitation, postcards or mailers, distribution via mobile phones, tablets and other devices, email, text messaging (including SMS and MMS), push messaging, content delivery systems such as streaming video, voice enabled delivery systems (including traditional telephone networks and automated voice recognition systems or IVR), installed devices, including, without limitation, navigation devices and car entertainment systems; and (f) such other technologies and forms of communication now known or hereafter developed. Publisher may discontinue or add Properties and Suppliers to its Advertising Network at any time, without notice to Advertiser. Unless otherwise specified for a particular product or service or agreed in an Order, Publisher will determine, in its sole discretion, the manner and method by which any Service will be distributed, including, without limitation, the Advertising Network(s), or parts thereof, that Publisher will use for that purpose, and Publisher may change the manner, nature, and scope of such distribution at any time without notice or obligation to Advertiser. By submitting an Order for a Service, Advertiser expressly authorizes distribution over all relevant channels of Publisher’s Advertising Network.
Advertising Network means any search engine, or Internet directory or site on which your business could be listed to drive leads.
Advertising Network means the advertising and reference services, whether operated by Publisher, the Distributors and/or third parties with which Publisher may or may not have a contractual relationship, which may take any form and be of any type or nature of media, and on which the Related Advertising and/or the PPC Services may appear in accordance with this Agreement
