Advertisements or “Advertising” means display of any advertisement material including pictures, printed material, electric / electronic media, smart posters, holographic images, visual display or any other innovative advertising media, etc which are not objectionable or prohibited under various statutes, codes, policies, etc as applicable from time to time.
Advertising means any written, electronic, or printed communication or any communication by means of recorded telephone messages or transmitted on radio, television, the internet, or similar communications media, including film strips, motion pictures, and videos, published, disseminated, circulated, or placed directly before the public in this state, for the purpose of creating an interest in or inducing a person to sell, assign, devise, bequest, or transfer the death benefit or ownership of a life insurance policy pursuant to a viatical settlement contract.

Advertiser means the person or organization whose product or service is being advertised, or whose name or image is mentioned or promoted in an advertisement.
Advertising Materials means any advertising, marketing, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials relating to or concerning Licensed Products or proposed Licensed Products, or any other advertising, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials depicting any of the Licensed Trademarks. For purposes of this Agreement, Advertising Materials include any advertisements in which the System is referred to or used in any way, including but not limited to giving the System away as prizes in contests or sweepstakes and the public display of the System in product placement opportunities.
Literature means our brochures, price lists and advertisements in any type of media, including the content of the Website.
Magazines means magazines and other materials printed on similar paper.
Channels means the standard definition (SD) channel(s)/ high definition (HD) channels, as the case maybe and more specifically listed out by the Broadcaster, along with their Nature, Maximum Retail Price (if any) and respective genre, in Annexure B annexed to this Agreement that are owned/operated by the Broadcaster (including its subsidiary company or holding company or subsidiary of the holding company) ;
advertising sign means any surface or structure with characters, letters or illustrations applied there-to and displayed in any manner whatsoever outdoors for the purpose of advertising or giving information or to attract the public to any place, person, public performance, article, or merchandise, and which surface or structure is attached to, forms part of, or is connected with any building, or is fixed to the ground or to any pole, screen, fence or hoarding or displayed in space, or in or over any water body included in the jurisdiction of the Authority;
Artwork means a Work which is an illustration, photograph, or other non-textual material which has been prepared for inclusion in an Educational Resource.
Advertising device means any device or object erected or located so as to attract public attention to any goods or services or facilities or events and includes flags, banners, pennants and lights;
Advertisement means a notice that is broadcast or published to the general public or specific market segments about your goods, products or services for the purpose of attracting customers or supporters. For the purposes of this definition:
Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.
Label means a display of written, printed, or graphic matter upon the immediate container of any article. A requirement made by or under authority of this chapter that any word, statement, or other information appear on the label shall not be considered to be complied with unless such word, statement, or other information also appears on the outside container or wrapper, if any, of the retail package of such article or is easily legible through the outside container or wrapper.
Display means the showing of a copy of the Subject Software, either directly or by means of an image, or any other device.
Promotion means a change from an employee's position to one with a higher maximum salary level;
Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.
Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

Marketing Information means all and any information (whether or not recorded in documentary form or on computer disk or tape) relating to the marketing or sales of any past present or future product or service of the Company or any Group Company including, without limitation, sales targets and statistics, market share and pricing statistics, marketing surveys and plans, market research reports, sales techniques, price lists, discount structures, advertising and promotional material, the names, addresses, telephone numbers, contact names and identities of customers and potential customers of and suppliers and potential suppliers to the Company or any Group Company, the nature of their business operations, their requirements for any product or service sold to or purchased by the Company or any Group Company and all confidential aspects of their business relationship with the Company or any Group Company;
Publications means communication to the offices of a Member, including subscriptions to newspapers, and periodicals.
Marketing means any communication from a PHP to a potential member who is not enrolled in the PHP that can reasonably be interpreted as intended to compel or entice the potential members to enroll in that particular PHP;
Boxing means the sport of attack and defense using the fist, covered by an approved boxing glove.
Game means a “game of chance” or “game of skill” as defined in Section 99B.1 of the Code of Iowa.
Kiosk means a department in a RIME Store.
