Adverse Licence Condition definition
Adverse Licence Condition means any special condition specified in a Hospital Licence from time to time with which the Operator must comply. Aged Care means the personal care or nursing care provided to frail older Australians and their carers to facilitate independence, good health and wellbeing. For the purposes of this Agreement, aged or older person refers to those aged 65 years or more and Aboriginal or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islanders aged 45 years or more.
