Adverse Conditions definition

Adverse Conditions means site specific physical conditions with which Cooperative must contend. Adverse Conditions include, but are not limited to, frozen ground, rock, sand, tree roots, extremely muddy conditions, frost (depth typically greater than six inches), significant snow accumulation, and/or areas obstructed in a manner that impedes or prevents normal installation methods. Cooperative will apply additional charges for Adverse Conditions to the entire extension length, including the Footage Allowance.
Adverse Conditions. If the Premises are damaged by fire or other casualty to a degree which renders them untenantable, Tenant may terminate the Lease or vacate the Premises and rent shall ▇▇▇▇▇ until the Premises are restored to a condition comparable to their prior condition. Landlord shall have the option to repair the Premises and if repairs are not made this Lease shall terminate. If the Premises are damaged only to a degree which does not render them untenantable, Landlord shall repair them as soon as reasonably possible.
Adverse Conditions means, with respect to any Person, conditions contained in any ruling or order of a Governmental Body that individually or in the aggregate would have, or be likely to have, a Material Adverse Effect on such Person.

Examples of Adverse Conditions in a sentence

  • Buyer's notice of Alleged Adverse Condition(s) shall include a complete description of each individual condition to which Buyer takes exception (including any and all supporting documentation associated therewith) and the costs which Buyer in good faith attributes to remediating the same.
