  • Adverity shall own all rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to any improvements to the Application Services or any new programs, upgrades, modifications or enhancements developed by Adverity in connection with rendering the Application Services to Customer, even when refinements and improvements result from Customer’s request or suggestion.

  • At the conclusion of the 7-day period, Adverity shall delete the Customer Data from the Application Services and shall destroy any corresponding documents under its control, except to the extent that Adverity is bound by law to continue storing such Customer Data.

  • Customer may not assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Adverity.
