Adverity definition

Adverity means Adverity GmbH, an Austrian company whose registered business address is Rathausstrasse 1/2nd Floor, 1010 Vienna, registered at Handelsgericht Wien with the company registration number 448481g and all its Affiliates.

  • At the conclusion of the 7-day period, Adverity shall delete the Customer Data from the Application Services and shall destroy any corresponding documents under its control, except to the extent that Adverity is bound by law to continue storing such Customer Data.

  • Adverity makes no warranties or representations, express, implied, or otherwise regarding the accuracy, completeness, or performance of the provided information.

  • Customer may not assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Adverity.

  • The Application Services, other technology Adverity makes available, and derivatives thereof may be subject to export control laws.

  • From time to time, Adverity may invite Customer to try, at no charge, Adverity products or services that are not generally available to Adverity customers (“Beta Services”).

Related to Adverity

  • Severity means the dollar amount of losses on claims.

  • Adverse reaction means an unexpected outcome that threatens the health or safety of a patient as a result of a medical service, nursing service, or health-related service provided to the patient.

  • Severity 3 means the unavailability of an individual resource and automated redundancy is fulfilling demand.

  • Environmental Complaint shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(d) hereof.

  • Potential geologic hazard area means an area that:

  • Environmental Safeguards means the principles and requirements set forth in Chapter V, Appendix 1, and Appendix 4 (as applicable) of the SPS;

Potentially infectious materials include airborne droplets, small particle aerosols, and airborne droplet nuclei, which most commonly result from a person or persons exhaling, talking or vocalizing, coughing, sneezing, or procedures performed on persons which may aerosolize saliva or respiratory tract fluids, among other things. This also includes objects or surfaces that may be contaminated with SARS-CoV-2.

  • Severity 1 means the unavailability of multiple service resources and redundant capability is not available or has been exhausted.

  • Environmental Management Plan or “EMP” means the environmental management plan for the Project, including any update thereto, incorporated in the IEE;

  • Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.

  • Severity 2 means the unavailability of an individual resource and redundant capability is not available or exhausted.

  • Fire hazard means any situation, process, material or condition which may cause a fire or explosion or provide a ready fuel supply to increase the spread or intensity of the fire or explosion and which poses a threat to life or property;

  • Environmental Contamination means the introduction or presence of Hazardous Materials at such levels, quantities or location, or of such form or character, as to constitute a violation of federal, state or local laws or regulations, and present a material risk under federal, state or local laws and regulations that the Premises will not be available or usable for the purposes contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Comprehensive assessment means the gathering of relevant social, psychological, medical and level of care information by the case manager and is used as a basis for the development of the consumer service plan.

  • Environmental, Health and Safety Liabilities means any cost, damages, expense, liability, obligation or other responsibility arising from or under Environmental Law or Occupational Safety and Health Law and consisting of or relating to:

  • Environmental Hazard means any substance the presence, use, transport, abandonment or disposal of which (i) requires investigation, remediation, compensation, fine or penalty under any Applicable Law (including, without limitation, the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act, Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act, Resource Conservation Recovery Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act and provisions with similar purposes in applicable foreign, state and local jurisdictions) or (ii) poses risks to human health, safety or the environment (including, without limitation, indoor, outdoor or orbital space environments) and is regulated under any Applicable Law.

  • Adverse System Impact means a negative effect that compromises the safety or reliability of the electric distribution system or materially affects the quality of electric service provided by the electric distribution company (EDC) to other customers.

  • Adverse drug reaction means any undesirable or unexpected medication related event that requires discontinuing a medication or modifying the dose, requires or prolongs hospitalization, results in disability, requires supportive treatment, is life-threatening or results in death, results in congenital anomalies, or occurs following vaccination.
