Advent Personnel means all Advent employees, whether part-time or full- time, who have, or are likely to have, direct contact with Patients or Companions as defined herein.

  • Advent shall provide mandatory, live, in-person or remote, ADA trainings for all Advent Personnel and Members of the Medical Staff who might interact with Patients and/or their Companions within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the effective date of this Agreement, and annually thereafter.
